What is the cost of shipping?

For all orders above ₹4999 shipping is done free of cost. A shipping charge of ₹120 is applicable to all orders under ₹4999. For all international orders from outside India, depends on the location and the product weight. You can also check before placing an order on the checkout page.

How long will it take for the order to reach me?

Please refer to the product page for estimated shipping and delivery timelines for both domestic and international orders. From the time of shipping, it takes about 1-3 working days and for delivery time it will be 5-7 working days for domestic orders and 5 -15 days for international orders to reach you. If you have placed an order with multiple items, please note that your items may arrive in multiple shipments. The estimated delivery times are indicative, and, on some occasions, there might be some unavoidable delays beyond our control. We will keep you informed in case of any delays.

What can I do if my order dispatch is delayed?

We will try our best to get your products to you within the estimated delivery times. If the package has not reached you by the expected delivery date, please write to us at care@girlyfab.com and we will try our best to resolve your issues.

My order has been shipped. Can I track it?

For orders within India, once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order.

You can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our warehouse. You may check and track the delivery status of your orders from our website or through tracking link https://www.girlyfab.com/trackorder , with your 9-digit Order Number.

Why is the COD option not offered in my location?

Availability of COD depends on the ability of our courier partner servicing your location to accept cash as payment at the time of delivery. Our courier partners have limits on the cash amount payable on delivery depending on the destination and your order value might have exceeded this limit.

Why the COD option is not available on the product more than having ₹5000 order value?

As per our policy, we don’t provide COD on a total order amount of ₹5000.

What is GF Assured Product?

The biggest drawback of online shopping is a customers cannot touch and feel the product, they sometimes don’t receive the exact product as shown in the image on the website. To solve this we have come up with a GF Assured product. Our team verifies the material quality, stitching quality, etc. and confirms that the product is exactly the same as shown on the website to give you a better shopping experience.
