Returns, Refunds, Cancellations and Exchanges:

What is the return policy on GirlyFab?

Most of our products are eligible for return and refund for domestic orders. There are some items that are made to order which are not eligible for returns. The return and exchange policy for every product is clearly mentioned on the product page. Please note that international orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

If the product is eligible for a return, you may write to us at care@girlyfab.com within 24 hours of delivery to request a return and refund. Only products which are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all their labels and tags completely intact, in the original packaging, and eligible for return only can be returned.

How are returns processed?

Once you request to return a product via email or phone, a pick-up is organized for the item. Our courier partners will come to pick up the item within 5-7 business days after your return request has been received. This item is then brought back to our warehouse where it is checked by our quality control team. Once the product passes the quality control, a refund is initiated.

Note: - In this case, the reverse pick-up cost will be bear by the company only. In some remote areas, reverse pickup is not the possible company will give you 100rs into your bank account.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of order via email or phone. Please email us at care@girlyfab.com to request a cancellation. You will be able to cancel the order by yourself on the website.

**GirlyFab reserves the right to cancel any order without pre-confirming the customer at any time and may verify any order before shipping the same to the customer that may include having a verbal or written confirmation from the customer.

How will I receive the refund for my canceled or returned product?

In case of prepaid orders, the money will be returned to the bank account/ credit/debit card where the payment was made from. For Cash on Delivery orders customers will be required to provide bank details where they would like to receive the refund. Shipping & handling charges of product order are non refundable only product cost will be refunded by our end.

How long does it take to receive a refund for a canceled order or returned product?

We will process your refund within 5 business days in case of cancellation of an order. In case of returns, we will refund the money after the product has been received by our warehouse and post completion of quality check. Please note, this entire process takes 2 weeks after the return has been picked up.

Can I return part of my order?

Yes. You can return any products that are eligible for returns within 24 hours of delivery. Please do note there are some items that are not returnable or exchangeable.

My garment does not fit me. What can I do?

If the product does not fit and you would like a new size, please request a size exchange with the customer service team within 24 hours of receiving the product. In some cases, minor size and fit, alterations might be available for orders placed within India. Our team will try its best to help you with any size exchanges, alterations subject to availability. In case the size you have requested is not available we will offer you the option to return the product instead.

Color and Description Discrepancy

The apparel description on the website contains details and product specifications which are approximate values, closest to reality. While we strive to be accurate in showcasing colors there still may be minor variations because of the light and settings during photography and also the color settings and properties of various monitors. Other details like weight, work details, and size may vary slightly as well. Hence the customer should keep in mind the slight variation when placing the order online. GirlyFab.com believes that every customer placing an order is absolutely aware of these minor variations that may occur with respect to the actual color of the outfit received.

Embellishment related Issues

Apparel consisting of embellishments like beads and sequences usually has the tendency to come off. Even with perfect handling, care and packaging this cannot be completely avoided. During physical transit, some of them may come loose, hence if you see such situations arise when you unpack or wear your attire, do not worry as it is a common issue.

Note Any disputes arising between the parties, only Surat court has jurisdiction to settle the disputes.

What are the international shipping costs and duties?

For all international orders from outside India, depends on the location and the product weight. You can also check before placing an order on the checkout page.

How long will it take for my order to reach me?

From the time of shipping – it will take about 7-10 business days for your international order to reach you.

Can I return, exchange or cancel an international order?

What payment methods does GirlyFab allow for international shipping?

You can use all international credit cards/ debit cards/ PayPal or direct bank transfers to our company bank account to make the payment for your international shipping orders.

Taxes, duties & tariffs?

For all international orders, you will need to pay for all import taxes, duties, and tariffs (if any) as per your country’s governing laws in order to clear customs
