Our aim at Girlyfab is to provide best service to all of our customers and to keep them all fully satisfied. So when you approach to us for return, trust us we will be much happier to Help you. Because you are our valued customer and it's a Good chance for us to show our honesty and transparency, isn't it? We would like to have your feedback too, to improve our products and services. In case you don't like something, we encourage you to return the product or share the issue with us, and then only we both can achieve a Win-Win situation. As neither we want to make a loss of your money nor do we want to lose your trust. Rather we would like to advise you to opt for a refund/replacement. And when we provide free returns, we may lose some money, but it's totally fine. Because we will earn your trust and satisfaction.

Returning is even easier than ordering to us. Within 7 days of the product delivery; You can place a return request online in “My Account” section, on-call/WhatsApp us at 9638333233 or you can mail us at care@girlyfab.com and tell us what's the matter. We will schedule a reverse pick-up for you and our courier partners will come to pick up the item. Make sure the products are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all their labels and it's ok if you have misplaced the original bag, just return the original product, that's it and for our customers' convenience; the return and exchange eligibility for every product is clearly mentioned by us on the product page.
Refund
Once we receive the return shipment, we will initiate the refund within 24 hours.
- If you have done online payment, your refund will be credited into your Bank account within 5 to 7 days.
- If you have done cash on delivery, you need to provide us your bank account no. , bank name and IFSC code. We will refund your amount via NEFT or IMPS within 2 to 5 days.
- You can also ask for refund in term of "Girlyfab Store Credit", which you can use in future to buy any other product on our website.
- Refund is Possible Only after the Parcel is received by us.
- In any case, if reverse pickup is not possible, then company will give you Rs.100.00 as a courier charge into your bank account.
Exchange
My garment does not fit me. What can I do? No worries, we are there to help you!
If the product does not fit and you would like a new size, please request a size exchange with us within 7 days of receiving the product. Our team will try its best to help you with any size exchanges if available. It will be very helpful to us; if any minor size and fit, alterations shall be done by you. In case the size you have requested is not available we will offer you the option to return the product or exchange with any other product instead if eligible.
Once return shipment is picked up from your premises and received to us, we will dispatch your exchange shipment from our warehouse. In one order Refund/Exchange is possible for one time Only.
FOR CUSTOM GARMENTS
We want to provide the best to our customers. However, there are some items that are customized or made to order and it will not be maintainable for us to offer a refund or exchange for them as it is already manufactured according to your specifications and can’t be sold to anyone else. We will gladly replace items with the same if they are defective or damaged.
Free replacements with 7 days return process for:
- Item received is physically damaged;
- Item received has missing parts or accessories;
- Item received has manufacturing defect.
Can I cancel my order? Yes, Of course! No worries about that.
You will be able to cancel the order by yourself on the website or you can also inform us; within 24 hours of placing the order via email or phone. It will be helpful, if you will email us at care@girlyfab.com to request for a cancellation. As if canceled after 24 hours of the order placement, 20% of processing charges will be deducted from the order amount.
Color and Description Discrepancy
We believe in satisfying our customers to the fullest with their order. Thus, for product transparency; our product pages carry all the details and product specifications with the approximate values which are closest to reality, but as we all know, nowadays; all smart phones have different clarity and features, thus in the first view, sometimes you can find that the color difference or anything in the delivered product. So, we request you to refer the details on our website, as we will deliver the same as mentioned in our description. and as there are various shades in every color, thus sometimes there might be a slight difference in the color because of the light and settings during photography.
Embellishment related Issues
We genuinely value your money and expectations regarding to the ordered product, thus we will do our best to deliver the product in a perfect condition, and so we hires authentic and best couriers, for the delivery of your ordered products. Sometimes, even with perfect handling, care and packaging, the products with beads, sequences, cut work and embroidery usually have the tendency to come off and hence if you see such thing when you unpack or wear your attire, do not worry as it is a common issue and we will be obliged if you will not consider it as damage.
Note: Any disputes arising between the parties, only Surat court has jurisdiction to settle the disputes.

How long will it take for my order to reach me?
From the time of shipping – it will take about 10-15 business days for your international order to reach you.
Can I return, exchange or cancel an international order?

We want to provide every customer a great experience. However, it is not very sustainable for us to offer returns and exchanges for an International Order, but we will look into our best to deliver the same which is ordered, so our International Customers have not to face any consequences.

You can use all international credit cards/ debit cards/ PayPal or direct bank transfers to our company bank account to make the payment for your international shipping orders.
